I am pretty sure every kid and kid at heart will surely love this theme To Infinity and Beyond! Every little kid had definitely watched the Toy Story movie series. We all loved the characters of the movie as much as we loved the story. The friendship that brought the characters closer to each other made our hearts melt, making this theme a staple at any kids’ party. Luckily, the awesome style team from Party Deco was there to incredibly transform the entire venue into Andy’s room. The colors used were lively and vibrant matching the theme. And with all the iconic elements put together, the design of this affair was really spot-on.
Good thing there’s no need for us to go to outer space to take a peek at Luca’s first birthday bash. Khim of Party Deco captured some stunning stills for us to admire this party from the get-go.
Guests are greeted by none other than the dynamic duo – Buzz Lightyear and Woody. These life-size standees are perfect to welcome the guests, and the backdrop using the theme logo is just impeccable.
The overhead design is beaming with colors! Without a doubt, you’ll think about a child’s bedroom with so much brightness and texture. The decorations vary from honeycomb balls; to round, paper lanterns; to paper pieced hexies. And what can I say, it was genius that they used the Barrel of Monkeys as ceiling decoration. Plus the Bucket O Soldiers, with parachute, it was too adorable! You’ll want to cry at how foolproof the celling design turned out.
Now here’s a showcase of some well-known elements from the Toy Story movie. The sky-blue back drop with clouds is the wall paper of Andy’s room. Luca’s name was formed using wooden letter blocks. And of course, the main feature of the stage set-up: Andy’s toys! There’s Hamm, Mr. Potato Head, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, The Squeeze Toy Aliens, Jessie and Bullseye, and a few soldiers from the Bucket O Soldiers. At the sight of this pristine set-up, you be singing “You’ve Got A Friend In Me” in no time!
Little guests get to seat at these colorful table and chairs set-up. Everyone gets a refreshment with Luca’s personalized bottle label. On the adult table, guests can admire the wooden letter blocks at the center, which forms Luca’s name. Added to it is a mini figure of either Buzz or Woody. But what I really love about the table set-up are the colorful floating balloons tied-up on the center. It brings up that festive feel and will definitely bring back childhood memories.
Another spotless concept was brought to life at the dessert station, a must-see in every Party Deco styled affair. Desserts are placed on top of tables decorated as boxes. One of the boxes was labeled Luca’s Toy Box, just like in the movie (Andy’s Toy Box). And here we’ll find 2 more of Andy’s toys: Rex and Slinky!
What’s more delightful to look at are the sweet treats prepared by Cupcake Couture, Hobby with my Hubby and Patisserie Kirsty. Themed sugar cookies, cupcakes with character toppers, cake pops shaped as planets, and so much more! There so much to choose from, you’ come back for more.
