The vision came to life beautifully through the creative work of The Party Project Manila, who transformed the venue into a preppy polo-inspired celebration. Every smile, tiny hand reaching for cake, and thoughtfully styled detail was captured by Everyday Sunday Studios.

Guests were welcomed by the most charming entrance, proving that Felix’s party was anything but un-Polo-ished! Flanked by bales of hay and balloon clouds in shades of light blue and soft peach, two dapper polo players welcomed everyone into a world of classic fun and set the tone for Felix’s grand “First Day Out” celebration.
A cloud of light blue and sunny yellow balloons floated overhead, creating the feeling of a bright day at the polo grounds. Hanging horseshoes and mallets added playful touches that tied the entire preppy setup together.
The stage transported everyone into the cutest Polo Bear clubhouse, complete with a rustic barn backdrop. Felix’s name was proudly displayed above two stylish bears, one ready with his mallet and the other dressed in his signature blue polo. Resting on a giant barrel nearby was Felix’s adorable tiered cake, ready to take center stage.
Each guest table was set for a chic luncheon, featuring an adorable Polo Bear centerpiece dressed in light blue and white. Resting on a rustic burlap runner, the centerpiece brought a playful touch to the elegant setting, while the surrounding glassware and crisp light blue linens completed the look.
The kiddie tables were just as thoughtfully prepared for the little guests. White cross-back chairs and tables were set with individualized activity kits, giving everyone something fun to enjoy throughout the celebration. Each spot featured custom Polo placemats, horse-head cups, and cookie decorating kits for Felix’s littlest guests.
No celebration is complete without a sweet centerpiece, and Bespoke by Jackie created one worthy of the occasion. The show-stopping tiered cake featured the signature light blue gingham print, fondant carrots, tiny horses, and an adorable Polo Bear alongside a mini Felix on top of the barn. It was a sweet masterpiece and one of the most memorable details of the celebration.
The entertainment kept everyone smiling throughout the day. Balloon artists created colorful creations while magicians entertained the crowd with games, shows, and giant shimmering bubbles. Both kids and adults had plenty of fun as they celebrated Felix’s big milestone together.
Even the youngest guests had their own little space to play, surrounded by a charming white picket fence and a giant clear bubble filled with soft blue and cream balloons. Complete with ride-on toys and friendly sheep, the play area felt like a chic little pasture made especially for the kids.
Felix’s party also featured a fun on-site station by Ants’ Pocket, where guests could create their own preppy keychains and bag charms. With tiny charms inspired by polo players, carrots, and horseshoes, everyone had the chance to bring home a handmade keepsake from the celebration.
Every good day at the polo club deserves a prize! The little guests received generous baskets filled with cuddly bears and toys, while the adults took home custom-printed Ralph Lauren-themed tote bags by Cheerful Creatives PH. Everyone left with a little something to remember Felix’s special day.
