We are so obsessed with lavender and we can’t get enough of it! The color is gorgeous and the scent is soothing and calming. Using this as an inspiration for a themed party is just perfect. Flower and color themed parties offer a lot of versatility and the ideas are endless.
The combination appears to be very stylish and chic, and Layla’s baptism is no exception. This elegantly styled event looked so stunning and crisp. Lavender is the main element used with a dash of other blooms. The color palette is a burst of lavender, violet, green, peach, pink, red and white. Decorations vary from flowers, pompoms, ribbons and sheer chiffon. The softness of the design filled the venue with calm and relaxing vibe. It can’t get any girlier than this! Simple, yet charming, that’s how I’d describe Layla’s baptismal invitation. The details are on point; and Layla’s photo is so adorable, she’s ready to capture the hearts of all her guests.
This set-up is an epitome of elegance and beauty capturing the very essence of “less is more”. The design is delicate and dainty with the sheer chiffon cloth as backdrop that lightly covered the curtain fairy lights. Hanging at the background are clear bottles with flowers. The greens at the side and on top are great accents for that garden feel. The lovely white bench and the chandeliers makes this set-up more endearing.
How can a baptismal feast be this fancy?! This exquisite table set-up is one for the books. From the personalized table napkin holders to the uniquely arranged flowers. A classic and neat design, made even more chic and stylish.
Layla’s eye-candy, three-tier cake looks so delectable! The ruffled bottom layer, Layla’s flower-bordered name on the second-layer, and the blooming flowers atop the top layer – sums up the fab cake especially concocted for this gorgeous celebration.
A heavenly dessert spread to behold. No one can resist the beauty and savory taste of Layla’s sweet treats. Our lovelies from Sugarplum Pastries did a great job in creating this enticingly yummy spread. The intricate design of the flower cupcakes, the lavender macarons, the dainty sugar cookies and the cute cake pops, are to die for. A feast, not just for everyone’s sweet-tooth but a visual feast for the eyes.
Layla’s photo gallery showcased her portrait and her family. The backdrop where the photos were hung gives a rustic vibe. This corner will surely make one smile and feel the love.
Another photo-op nook is Layla’s green, grassy photo wall, accentuated with flower vines draped on top of her lovely name. Beside the photo wall is surely one of the favorite spots in this event. This white wooden patio is definitely Instagram-worthy.
Guests can give their well wishes for baby Layla in this charming “Wishes” booth. The lavender pompoms, ribbons and the flowers all over, will catch the guests’ attention and will spice up their interest.
They say that godparents are guardian angels chosen with love. Layla has a special gift for her godparents, bag tags with their Initial, presented in a white box with a purple ribbon. Cute isn’t it?
