Candyland Theme Party Ideas
Today’s party inspiration is giving us tons of whimsy and girlish charm, and honestly, it’s right up our alley! The amazing team at Sweet Street Manila Event Styling turned fantasy into reality, especially for their baby girl, Athena. With their colorful, eye-popping backdrop in all its pastel glory, it’s literally a little girl’s dreamy party. Before entering Kidzoona at UP Town Center Mall Katipunan, guests were greeted by a purple arch, a pastel-colored balloon garland, and life-sized 3D sweet treats. The entrance décor perfectly matched the party theme’s playful and whimsical vibe!
The colorful backdrop, designed in a palette of pastel shades, featured various fantastical creatures—spot the unicorns and a mermaid playing with Athena’s favorite L.O.L. character. We also loved the giant cupcakes, macarons, and lollies that completed the Candyland theme!
Sweet Creations By Mums did not disappoint with this fun birthday cake! The two-tiered confection was full of intricate details, true to the fete’s fantasy Candyland inspiration. A mermaid, a couple of unicorns, and an adorable LOL doll turned the creation into a wonderful masterpiece that’s too pretty to eat!
As a sweet ending to their meals from McDonald’s and 8 Spoons, guests enjoyed sumptuous cake pops from Party Sisters Bakes and Services.
The guests not only had a great time at the party but were also spoiled for choice with a plethora of snack options. Party Carts Manila served favorites like takoyaki, tusok-tusok, corndogs, and drinks to everyone. In addition, there was pizza cart from PizzaGrigliata.Manila, French fries from Potato Corner, good old iskrambol from Iskrambol Manila, donuts from Lil’ Orbits, and frozen yogurt from Red Mango.
Although the party was held at Kidzoona, a well-known interactive play place, there were other forms of entertainment as well. The team at Alab Poi delivered a fiery, breathtaking performance that mesmerized their audience. Kids also got their faces painted with intricate, colorful patterns by the incredible Arjhay Face and Body Art.
Fun and games were in full swing as the lively team at Kidzoona made sure everyone joined in on the festivities. Of course, winners took home cool prizes, but every guest was guaranteed a goodie box to bring home.
True to her sweet, whimsical party theme, Athena was every bit a charming fairy in her fluttery, pastel rainbow-colored dress, cute socks, and unicorn horn headband. Surrounded by friends, it seemed like this little girl had so much fun in her very own fantasyland!
