Winter Woodland Theme Party Ideas
We don’t really get to experience snow or anything near winter here in Manila, but one can dream, right? So while we’re busy conjuring up images of swirling snowfall to beat the sweltering heat, we got a cool surprise for today’s party inspo: a winter-themed celebration! But wait, I’m stoked to share that they even added a little twist – it has Scandinavian written all over it! Looks like we’re up for a bit of chilly ride with Zoe’s first birthday bash, so pull your parkas closer as we enjoy this amazing stack of snaps from Everyday Sunday Studios!
There’s something about Scandinavian aesthetics that got nearly everyone hooked—its clean, minimalist design is gorgeous without being underwhelming. With these things in mind, the entrance décor was done tastefully in light shades of pink, purple, and white. Spot the lovely bear and bunny welcoming everyone, along with the adorable baby photos of li’l Zoe.
Simple yet chic, slivers of silver with pops of color pulled everything together to a neat, cohesive look. Airy light swags and floating Japanese lanterns in pink, dove gray, black, and white spruced up the ceiling and brightened the place.
Right off the bat, we’d say that the stage was a real scene-stealer! It was a charming collection of all things Scandinavian in ethos. The all-white backdrop served as a gallery of sorts—lovely prints, geometric patterns, motivational quotes, and sprigs of foliage made up the entire wall. Take a step back and spot the lovable woodland creatures hiding amidst the delightful setup. Pieces of minimalist furnitures lent a bit of homey, lived-in vibe to the stage—just like what we see in the magazines!
Of course, guests get to experience the Scandinavian-feels at their seats with white tables and silver Tiffany chairs. Each table was decorated without the frills—a tiny pot of succulent and a vase of pink mums added subtle a flair and color to the ensemble.
Here at Party Dolls Manila, we all live for the cake. And Zoe’s is definitely right up our alley! Crafted from the kitchen of Sweet Creations by Mums, it was a two-tiered stunner that’s so put together and tasteful. Snowflakes and an igloo made for the winter vibe, and delightful critters like the bear, bunny, owl, deer, and fox were just too pretty—everything was a feast to the eyes!
As tokens, guests took home a cute personalized keychain from Ant’s Pockets. They got to pick which of the endearing woodland critters—bear, fox, owl, deer, or bunny—they’d love to have strung along with the colorful, handmade felt letters.
Some guests snagged pouches of loot filled with all the good stuff.
Looks like young Zoe is having a grand time crawling on her pink fluffy rug. She doesn’t seem to mind doing it in her purple tulle gown or dainty floral headband! See her light up the place with her charming smile!
