Galaxy Theme Party Ideas
Children’s parties are getting more fanciful, and frankly speaking, we’re not complaining! There’s always something unique and fresh that comes our way to inspire us — just like today’s featured fête. Li’l Lily celebrated her birthday with a dreamy “Out of This World” theme, and with Bespoke Manila at the helm, it’s as stylish and playful as it can be. When you say galaxy, the first thing that probably comes to mind is darkness. But that wasn’t the case with Lily’s birthday bash. Instead of black, white was the perfect complement to different shades of purple and blue.
Colorful balloon clusters festooned the ceiling and made the all-white venue look lively. Up close, pastel paper pompoms, metallic tassels, and golden icosahedrons completed the décor’s dreamy vibe.
What we loved the most about Lily’s party was its understated elegance without losing the lightheartedness of a kiddie party. Looking at the stage, the fantastic setup was a well-curated ensemble of iris- and aqua-colored balloons and shiny stars.
A crescent-shaped moon and well-lit ‘L’ surrounded the set, while fairy lights and clouds filled the extra spaces. What a thoughtful placement of elements!
It’s not surprising that the tables had a similar “dazzling” adornment, but on a smaller scale, of course. A mini bouquet of fresh flowers lent tastefulness to the whimsical centerpiece.
Kids also had their own special nook, decorated a tad more playful than the adults’. Instead of fairy lights and starburst thingamajigs, icosahedrons took centerstage, and bean bags served as cushion-y seats for the day’s VIPs.
When it comes to cakes, Sugarplum Pastries never disappoint and always manage to surprise us. The lovely two-tiered confection was their take on the Insta-worthy geode cake, filled with pretty colored candy rocks. Simply gorgeous!
Check out the heavenly dessert spread for the sweet-toothed. Geometric-shaped cookies, iridescent-colored cake pops, colorfully topped cupcakes, and pretty chocolate-covered Oreos completed the feast for the eyes (and the taste buds!). Spot the bottles of milk that surely went well with the sweet pickings! Perhaps it’s a charming nod to the Milky Way galaxy?
Who can resist snacking on popcorn, ice cream, and s’mores? It’s no wonder every kid and adult lined up to fill their bellies!
What’s a kiddie party without games? A boring one, we tell you! Lily and her pals had a blast joining in on the fun to win a bunch of cool prizes.
There’s also a spot for face and body painting, where an artist enjoyed creating colorful and intricate pieces of art. Look at the amazing attention to detail!
Aside from exciting prizes, guests got to bring home a bag full of goodies as a token of gratitude. Everything was stored in a mini-bag, designed with a beautiful star-filled galaxy pattern.
It was truly a special day for Lily! Can we all agree that it’s a heavenly, dreamy affair with unique flair?
