For this christening celebration, the theme was Ladurée; a French posh bakery that’s famous for their macarons. Honestly, it’s very refreshing to see this kind of theme and I am really amazed at how it was executed. Being a self-confessed sugarholic that I am, I instantly felt the connection with this party. Teehee. With NY Giftworks as their event stylist, I’m super excited to share with you lots of gorgeousness from this celebration. Using the sweetest macaron-inspired hues, flowers, paper lanterns, pearl necklaces and teacups, these details easily made this celebration one of the poshiest and girliest parties I’ve seen so far.
Upon entering the area, a cute little stall welcomed the guests. The picket fence gave the setup a nice girly flair while the little bicycle with pink paper pompom added a dash of pizzazz. The added flowers and shabby chic-ish boxes made sure that the whole look gave out a splash of happy.
Pastels were the color combos for the party. Look up and you’ll see different colored paper lanterns aligned perfectly. Also, the printed umbrellas added character to the ceiling.
Welcome to Elise’s Ladurée shop! Tons of sweets, pastries and desserts are being served way beyond your imagination. This literally made my heart swell with nothing but pure joy! The simplicity of their stage setup was perfect, too! Made to look like a store front display, I love how the whole set exuded a sense of luxuriousness.
Look closer at the corner of the display and you’ll see this adorable cake on top of this modish display. The cake was simple yet spoke elegance; it was the perfect cake for Baby Elise’s christening – pure white with a touch of pink.
The table looks quite polished too. What made their table arrangement special is that you can see a photo of the very adorable Elise. From flowers to pearl necklaces, I told you this celebration was all around girly.
The guests had a lot of options since there were kiosks of beverages and snacks. I’m sure they all went home with a happy heart and a happy tummy.
How’s this for a giveaway? Special perfumes. I bet it smells as sweet as Elise’s smile.
Here’s the sweet little babe with her loving mom and dad.
