Tweet tweet! Clyde’s Little Blue Bird themed party is full of gorgeous details that will leave us chirping happily throughout the day. I always feel giddy whenever I get to see parties as dazzling as this one: full of fantabulous details and everything looks amazing. Perfecting the balance of using the right color combination, together with the exact amount of party details, event stylist Kaye Garcia managed to make this party look so elegant and polished. The details she put into Clyde’s party are truly impeccable.
When choosing a theme for parties, we often take our cues from the celebrant themselves. For example, their favorite characters, colors, movies. But, for Clyde’s party, they based it on his personality. Little birds represent a lot of things for different people. For me, they simply represent happiness. Sharing with you here are Mommy Candy’s thoughts on planning Clyde’s fab bird-day party.
“Just like a little blue bird, Clyde is a very cheerful baby. He loves to sing and prefers to listen to mellow songs. For us, Little Blue Bird represents love, cheerfulness, happiness and hope which match Clyde’s personality well.
Blending the colors of baby blue, white, tan and a hint of gold, these soothing colors radiates softness and warmth just like Clyde.
He likes to interact with people more than playing with his toys. Having that in mind, we chose to have My Masterpiece Movement to host the event for us. Lullabies and soft melodies were played rather than loud music. Even the activities were tailor fit to match our little Clyde’s personality.”

The entrance to Clyde’s party looked fantastic. I love the hanging bird houses that doubled as photo-op backdrop.
My jaw literally dropped when I first saw how Kaye styled the whole event. I’m awestruck! Every corner emanated sophistication and tastefulness!
I simply adore their choice of color. Gorgeous gold vintage bird cages filled with delicate flowers and cute little bird houses adorned their table as centerpieces. On the side note: The blue cages filled with enticing macarons were given to their guests so to remind them of Clyde’s dreamy celebration.
Don’t you just love it when these palatable desserts were perfectly tied-in to match the theme? Joanna of Cuppy Puppy Bakeshop is an expert in this territory. With her passion to create beautiful cakes and other sweet treats, she just makes my heart grow fonder with every themed dessert she makes.
