The entrance to the party venue was adorned with lovely hues of pink, peach, and purple. It was delightful to witness seahorses, shells, corals, seaweeds, starfish, and sea urchins greeting guests, setting the tone for a day filled with fun!

The interior was truly enchanting! Cascades of pink and purple swags adorned the ceiling, while suspended white and clear balloons created the illusion of an underwater world. Keep an eye out for the dangling jellyfish—just be cautious not to get stung!

If you were to ask me what I loved most about the party, I would immediately mention the stage! It featured adorable underwater characters and elements, creating a whimsical atmosphere, with a delightful purple-haired mermaid swimming in her clamshell as the focal point! The combination of pink, peach, and purple hues created a perfect palette for a charming vibe.

Sticking to the under-sea theme, tables were adorned with either vibrant corals and starfish or featured a floating mermaid as their centerpiece.

Sweet Creations by Mums took the dreamy pastel palette and underwater creatures and added a dash of whimsy to create one of the loveliest birthday cakes we’ve ever seen! The two-tiered confection, brimming with intricate, wonderful details and topped with an adorable mermaid lounging in her pink clam, was a refreshing masterpiece!

Of course, the party went swimmingly well, thanks to the stellar team of Madison Events! And because it’s a mermaid party, who else was the perfect host but the most famous of them all—bubbly Ariel! Little Mermaid characters Ariel, Flounder, Sebastian, and Ursula gave an awesome performance that had everyone on their fish tails, er, feet!

In the play area set up by Apollo and Alonzo, kids got active on the pink house inflatable bouncer, sliding down and bouncing around. Others drove around in mini cars, careful not to cause traffic in the party place!

Besides the sumptuous fare prepared by Tjioe the Caterer, guests had tons of choices for snacks to keep them busy—Potato Corner for French fries, Octoboy for takoyaki, Fruitas for healthy fruit shakes, and Pink Berry for frozen yogurt.

There was also a nook for on-the-spot making of souvenirs by Ant’s Pockets. Their helpful team was on standby to help guests choose the letters and characters to create a personalized door hanger.
