AJ’s Crayons Themed Party – 2nd Birthday

Some parents opt to stick with a color or two as their party theme but for this party it’s more than just a color combination. We’re going back to basics with AJ’s colorrific bash and with that I mean a hefty dose of colors that will surely add a lot of happy vibes to our day. For all the color lovers out there, I’m sure you will be as giddy as I am with today’s party feature. A party that is surely big with bright, bold and colorful details, everything about AJ’s party screams 100% fun-fest. Filled with different personalized elements that most certainly hit Party Doll Manila’s awesomeness mark – from AJ’s invites, party favors, photo-op area and even the sweet treats are enough to give us inspirations overload. I don’t think I will ever get tired of crayons / arts & crafts themed parties because everything instantly becomes more fun and festive when we see colors everywhere. Agree?

As we all know, invitations set the tone and theme of the entire affair so it’s always best to give your guests the perfect first impression. And perfect it is for AJ’s party invitations! It’s 360 degrees pure fun – from the front to back, check out the individual labels of the crayons. If you look closer, the details of the party were cleverly included as part of each crayon label. Clever much!

invites

I love it when even the simplest details were taken into consideration because as tiny as they are, these matchy-matchy details still add an extra charm to the party.

For their ceiling treatment, nothing gives off a perfect festive ambiance to a party than balloons and banderitas. These two did the job wonderfully – bright, bold and they sure are colorful.

These personalized crayon cut-outs and boxes served as their table centerpieces. Nothing too fancy but they sure are perfect for the theme, if you ask me. It just shows that we don’t need expensive pieces to make a statement.

AJ’s gorgeous desserts spread also served as their main setup. Showcasing over-sized box and crayons, everything looks adorable! I love how they didn’t over complicate the venue decorations because to be honest, the simplicity of their setup made the party even better.

Here’s a closer look to AJ’s sweet treats tablescape. Oh my goodness! These desserts look so stinkin’ cute! A crayons-themed cake, cakepops, cupcakes and sugar cookies, how can one eat these cuties! They even matched the packaging of the candies to the theme.

Since this is a crayon-themed party after all, all activities were centered with coloring and various arts & crafts instead of the usual magic shows. They got crayon melting and shaved crayon art on t-shirt printing to keep the party rolling. Guests were also asked to make a hand print stamping in lieu of guest book.

Since games are in order when it comes to kiddie parties, AJ’s little friends got the chance to bag these awesome prizes – crayon pillows, lunch & drawstring bags, pencil cases, tumbler, pens, sanitizer and a lot more.

These delightful crayon chocolates from Go Nuts Donuts plus a Crayola toothbrush served as their giveaways.
