Jollibee Theme Party Ideas
Which young boy or girl isn’t a huge fan of Jollibee, the busy bee with the winning smile that stands for the Filipinos’ enduring positivity? The mere sight of this fun-loving bee in his attractive red tuxedo and chef’s hat is enough to invoke a smile. Just imagine what it would be like to celebrate a birthday with “best friend Jollibee” in an exciting, fun-packed Jollitown Theme Park party. They’re not kidding when they say “bida ang saya” as an adorable little boy named Callen enjoyed the jolliest 1st birthday ever with family and friends, all thanks to top-tier party planner, Bespoke Manila. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that Callen’s family will remember with the help of Delightful Little Darlings Photography whose brilliant photos filled Callen’s 1st birthday album.
Guests received a great invite shaped like a balloon. And when it got too hot after all the excitement and games, the invite doubled up as a fan to cool themselves with. Cute and smart!
Arms spread wide open, the ever smiling Jollibee bid Callen’s guests a very warm welcome. A Jolly Train appears to be on stand-by to take the guests on a ride… Destination: Callen’s Jolly Birthday Bash!
The ceiling is awash with colors in a fantastic display of apple red, grassy green, sea blue and sun-shiny yellow balloons. A “pabitin” heavy with amazing prizes is an added attraction to the wonderful ceiling decorations.
Children enjoy the awesome Jollibee toys just as much or even more than the Kiddie Meals they come with. So giant versions of the Jolly Train Ride surrounded with block towers on the stage must have kept Callen and his young guests captivated.
Matching the colors of the balloons on the ceiling, the tables are draped in red, green, yellow and blue table cloths. At the center of each table is a Jollibee Chickenjoy bucket filled with small balloons and cardboard cutouts of the Jollibee gang – Twirlie, Hetty Spaghetti, Mr. Yum, Popo Potato and of course, Jollibee.
Ten kiddie tables are set close to the stage, and following the color scheme, some are draped in striped yellow and white table cloth while the rest are in red and blue. Instead of a placemat, the children have a fun activity sheet with a maze, spot-the-difference and tic-tac-toe that keeps them pleasantly entertained. Cool party hats are on the tables, waiting for each child to put them on.
A huge cake covered in red buttercream frosting is adorned with a fondant figure of Callen and Jollibee on board the Jolly Train Ride with block towers standing in the background. Callen’s cake is simply adorable!
What a sugar rush! Sugarplum Pastries outdid themselves as they featured Jollibee favorites in these mouth-watering treats. The cake pops were designed to look like Jollibee fries in their trademark red boxes and tarts were adorned to look like the Jollibee spaghetti and palabok. There were sandwich cookies that looked like yumburgers and hotdog sandwiches, and sugar cookies decorated with the faces of Twirlie, Jollibee and Mr. Yum.
In addition to the many choices from the Jollibee menu, guests were also offered a choice of hot or iced coffee drinks by Habitual Coffee. And for a yummy treat that’s sweet and healthy too, there were frozen yogurt by Red Mango.
An enthusiastic team from the Jollibee crew hosted an incredibly exciting show that culminated with a special dance routine by Jollibee and the gang.
For most children, the thrill of the games played at the party comes with the prizes they get at the end. They must have played their best after getting a glimpse of the impressive goodies they could win – special edition Jollibee Coca Cola in cans, Jollibee tumblers, pillows and stationery sets.
Inside these cute Jollibee bags, Callen’s young friends find the Jollitown Theme Park toy set that features five amusement park rides. There’s Jollibee in a roller coaster ride, Popo in an airplane, Hetty in a log flume, Twirlie in a twisting cart, and Mr. Yum riding a huge wave in anchors-away.
Ready for a selfie? This photowall is perfect with a colorful balloon garland and a huge poster of Jollibee and friends. But the biggest attraction (and the real reason to take a selfie) is a gigantic Chickenjoy bucket overflowing with the yummylicious, juicylicious, crunchylicious fried chicken that Jollibee is famous for.
Callen’s first birthday was truly a happy one – everyone at the party, the young ones and the “young once”, are wearing huge smiles on their faces. Birthdays are indeed the happiest when shared with those close to your heart.
Callen’s parents must have fallen in love with him from the moment they saw him. What joy it must have been to witness all of his “firsts” and everyday there is always something new to gush about. In a flash, he is a year old! But there are still a lot more “firsts” to look forward to and celebrate. Here’s wishing Callen and his dear parents a “happy-ever-after”!
