Dianne Khu Designs is switching things up so bring out your pen and paper as we brush up on two of our favorite party themes – Boho chic and woodland friends! Our previous boho chic parties were all about gorgeous details while our woodland themed party posts definitely gave us the perfect outdoorsy feel. So what do you think will happen when these two are fused together? Awesomeness X2, of course! With nothing but pure loveliness around the venue, from the adorable ceiling deets to all the sweet treats and super charming installations, I love how swoon-worthy Mallory’s party is. With the beauty of nature being the front and center to every woodland party, it’s such a wonderful surprise when Dianne added a dose of chicness with all those boho touches. So be our guests, scroll down and get inspired to mix and match different themes and have fun playing with details.
Nothing turns up the excitement more than entering a party venue with such a pretty entrance setup. You know what they say, first impressions last. With all the delightful details wonderfully featured in this setup, the cute way they showcased Mallory’s baby photos made it perfect!
A fab explosion of pastel elements with a touch of brown greeted the guests as they step in to the venue. From the ribbon and bohemian-inspired chandeliers to the swags and paper lanterns, their ceiling was all sorts of wonderful.
If you think their party decorations couldn’t get any more adorable, check out their stage backdrop. Cute and subtle with just the right amount of shimmer, Dianne Khu showed us that with the right elements, simplicity is the way to go.
More cuteness made its way to their table centerpieces. Really, just how cute are these two? The rustic vibes they incorporated in their table centerpieces tied up flawlessly with the theme.
There’s one thing here in PDM that we greatly appreciate, it’s the presence of stunning dessert spread! From Mallory’s whimsical birthday cake to all those little nuggets of goodness – also known as desserts, every sweet treat in this tablescape make for a delightful edible art you just can’t tear your gaze away from. Just check out these desserts by Sugarplum Pastries, they were literally done to a tee. Even the setup looks superb.
I’m in awe as to how they matched their gamebooths and different activities with the party theme. It just shows how much effort, time and love they put on to make sure Mallory’s guests enjoyed the bash. Aside from these themed gamebooths, the teepee coloring activity they prepared for the kids were just perfect! Look, they also have tattoo station, feeding station and animal-shaped cotton candies to boot. One way or another, there’s something that connects these activities to the theme. Clever much.
Now, aren’t these just wonderful? Stamped canvass bag filled with more treats for each of Mallory’s little friends.
