Unicorn Theme Party Ideas
Here at Party Doll Manila, we absolutely adore birthdays, no doubt. So when we were called to coordinate a double celebration, we’re twice as thrilled and honored. Lovely celebrants Lexi and Olivia had a unicorn-themed fete filled with glitters, pastel hues, and everything a little girl dreams of! And with Dianne Khu Designs at the helm, it’s nothing short of fantastic as always. Amidst today’s bleakness, we’re excited to share this dreamy spectacle of candy colors with a dash of whimsy as captured by Little Coeo by Bella Morcen.
Once inside, the party venue is filled with pink and lavender. But in between, there were pops of other bright colors, too, such as sky blue, mint, yellow, and white — a great idea to balance everything out. The playful ceiling décor was a wonderful collection of balloon clusters, paper lanterns, colorful paper strips, and strings of stars.
We always love a charming photowall as it’s where guests can take Insta-worthy snaps. Gold balloons and colorful stars flanked the lighted arch, with metallic strip curtain as a glittering backdrop. Two sleeping unicorns topped the space — a nod to sisters Lexi and Olivia.
After taking photos, guests get to take a peek at the life of Lexi and Olivia while growing up. It’s a lovely montage of the kids and their doting parents, and an excellent reminder of the day’s reason for celebration.
Looking at the stage made us feel all warm and fuzzy inside because of how adorable it looked. And honestly, we just can’t help it! A pink and mint-colored wall served as background for the prancing unicorns while golden balloons and twinkling lights completed the sparkling setup. Swirls of lavender clouds made it all the more heavenly!
Each table is a charming candy-colored ensemble and yes, it’s too pretty for words! A huge balloon decorated with paper tassels wasn’t the only highlight of the centerpiece. Spot the unicorn plushie and mini bouquet of mums and roses, too!
Even with two celebrants, there’s only one cake to share, and since it’s from Sweet Creations by Mums, it was a guaranteed show-stopper! If you ask us what we love about the confection, its the whimsical toppers and gorgeous details that are quite a feat!
Apart from the oh-so fancy cake, there’s also an assortment of delightful treats for the sweet-toothed. Cupcakes, cake pops, sugar cookies, and chocolate-covered Oreos were all decorated with eye-popping, pastel-hued deets! These aren’t something you can gobble up in one go as you need to savor and appreciate the little things.
What’s a kiddie party without a show, right? Top-notch host Chubster got the ball rolling with a few tricks up his purple-colored sleeve while performing group Tectonix bedazzled everyone with their amazing production number. Suffice to say, every guest had a grand time celebrating Lexi and Olivia’s birthday!
It looks like adorable sisters Lexi and Olivia enjoyed the party—after all, it was a fabulous, magical affair prepared by their parents. The beautiful family was beyond grateful to everyone who joined in on the fun. We at PDM look forward to more birthdays and wish nothing but blessings to the charming duo!
