Mexican Fiesta Theme Party Ideas

Jubilant colors welcomed guests at this very festive entrance. The eye-catching balloon-arch decorated with sombreros and flowers will never fail to make you smile. A wooden crate, ukulele and cactus were added to complete the fiesta-vibe.
What’s a Mexican fiesta without colorful buntings? These pretty decorated buntings are called “papel picado”. It spells P-A-R-T-Y together with the round paper lanterns in different colors. Their overhead decoration created a ‘fiesta tent’ look perfect for this bash.
All elements of a Mexican fiesta are present in every corner of the stage. The multicolored backdrop was highlighted with assorted colored buntings, sombreros, flowers and Kyla’s name. There are ukuleles, wooden crates, some maracas and some cactus. Plus, that light blue peacock chair looks so pretty! I bet you’ll feel partying the moment you lay your eyes on this stage setup.
If you need to cool down a bit, best way is to take a seat. The table set-up has something different to offer as it makes you feel relaxed. I’d say it’s these sweet moments captured in photos displayed in each photo frame wraps it up delightfully.
Can you hear this cake singing? I do! Nothing can be more fiesta than this two-layer cake created by Cottontail Cake Studio. From the bottom layer to the topper atop, it screams parteeey! There are cute Mexican men with sombreros playing their ukuleles at the bottom layer. The top layer displays flowers and succulents. The adorable donkey with mini Kyla completed this sweet ensemble.
Extremely inviting, that’s how I’d describe this dessert station. Who wouldn’t be enticed with this flashy spread? The table was again infused with the elements of the party theme. And the multicolored cupcakes and different types of candies are sure to satisfy any sweet-tooth.
What’s a celebration without games and entertainment? From the smiles of Kyla’s little guests, you’ll see that they’re having the time of their lives. Thanks to Chayno for the awesome entertainment and super fun games.
