Joaquin’s Little Rascals Themed Party – 1st Birthday

I got so excited when this party was given to me because this movie was one of my favourites! Every 90’s kid would remember this gang and their adventures. I bet they even dreamt of being a part of The Little Rascals! Baby Joaquin’s first birthday relived the 1994 movie with a bit of modern twist. Styled by Party Magic, everything looks wonderful!

The ceiling was decorated with paper lanterns mixed with red, white and pink tassels. The white cloth hanging from the center added class to it.

You can really feel that you were part of the movie during the event from the tables and chairs to the striped cloth. Everything looks perfect for this theme! Look at those little houses at the middle of the table, reminds me of Spanky’s club house.

I felt nostalgic when I saw the stage and the side embellishments. There was the restructured famous He-Man Woman Hater’s Club. They even added a lemon stand and of course the big signage that spells out Joaquin’s name. Seeing the decor and the stage makes me want to sing “You are so beautiful, to me”.

Their photo op area looks really fun as well. I totally drooled over the go-cart as it took me back when I was a little kid wanting to have my own “The Blur”! All the small details from the movie were put in this corner; even the letter from Alfalfa that was delivered to Darla. That scene was hilarious!

Joaquin’s cake was designed as a tree house. It had small details like the bird’s nest and a bunny. Too cute for my life! For the dessert area, it was placed in wooded table. They’ve put a sunflower, a vintage camera and a fan to complete the rustic picnic theme. I loved how they’ve incorporated the character’s names in these delectable sweet treats. Cuteness!

What’s a party without fun and games? Instead of a talent show or a racing event; there was a party host doing magic tricks and puppet show. Everyone had fun of course including Joaquin’s parents who joined the activity!

The party favors were placed inside mini wooden carts. What do you think? I bet Joaquin’s little guests loved it as much I do.

Check-out this little rascal looking oh-so-adorbs.
