I can’t think of a better way to start this week than to feature this sweet girly afternoon fête. Anika’s shabby chic themed party oozes with lovely details that I can’t help but swoon at every photo, another pinterest-worthy celebration if I may say. Styled by Eye Candy Design (Bacolod City) and wonderfully captured by JR Torres, it’s undeniable that Anika’s birthday party is one beautiful celebration.
Situated outdoor, I love how Anika’s party gave a relaxing vibe throughout the venue. Using a soft color palette partnered with white as its base color, everything looks fresh and feminine in the midst of the warm outdoor.
One thing I like about shabby chic themed party is the endless option in styling the event. Just look at these adorable DIY bird house, it blends perfectly with the rest of the shabby chic decor favorites, don’t you think?
Exquisitely decorated desserts adorned Anika’s sweet treats spread. From the cupcakes and cakepops to the sugar cookies and heck even the barquillos! Everything lived up to the theme. In the corner, they offered a DIY “dessert in a jar” booth where guests can bring home their special treats after the celebration.

By far, I love this party theme the most. I guess, the venue sealed the deal for me. I just love the setting. Lucky little Anika! How many kids get to have their 1st birthday celebrated this way.
