Fiesta Party Ideas
Similarities in habits, language and religion are some of the few factors that blend the Mexicans and Filipinos together. But among all other things, it is the food and festivities that make these two culture a perfect mix. This fusion is what Mommy Katrina and With A Flourish arranged with all their love to give Diego an extraordinary first birthday bash. While everyone was having fun, Mot Rasay Photography made sure that every moment of this day will be lasting. With A Flourish also chipped in a few snaps to complete this celebration’s photo book. Donde es la fiesta? It’s here at Illustrado Restaurant!
Hello to these lovely ladies who greeted Diego’s guests upon arrival. The sombreros on standby was a great kickoff to spread the fiesta vibe.
Fun facts about the star of the day are posted on this corner. Check out those cute thirst quenchers in a Mexicano attire!
Wooooh! The ceiling is loaded with colorful papel picado.
The stage was made vibrant by those pretty round paper fans in bright happy colors surrounding it. The paint patterns on Diego’s name made the letters pop and stand out. It won’t be complete without the help of the teeny tiny details like burro piñata.
Complementing the blue table linen were crepe flower papers and bottled juices dressed in Mexican serape for an authentic look. Our darling Diego did not forget to express his gratitude through a mini note saying thanks.
Canvas Cake Studio by Midnight Snacks must have magic on its hands to serve a cake bursting with dazzling cheerful shades. A pair of maracas and a sombrero sit on top of this beauty making sure that we did not miss the nation’s icons.
Macaroons, smores and cupcakes. What more can I ask for from Illustrado Restaurant? Little pieces put together in a playful fashion is how this dessert spread came to life.
While the kids munched on the sweets, the grown ups chomped on delectable dishes served for everyone. Beneath these mesas are guitars and beverages reflecting the Mexican graciousness illuminated by dim lighting giving it a homey ambiance.
Plain plushies were made lively by the kiddos on the activity booth. This is a unique pastime for Diego’s friend after an attack to the buffet table and desserts area.
Pose like there’s no mañana! No filter needed for this kaleidoscope like photo nook. This miniature fiesta corner depicts every Hispanic festival can have.
How adorable is this family wrapped in their ponchos? Mommy Kat and Daddy JR sure joyful for their little Diego’s milestone!
