Cowboy Theme Party Ideas

Howdy, partner! Boy, have we got a double treat for you today! We at Party Doll Manila are excited to take you to the wild west with Travis and Caden’s back-to-back celebration. It’s a hoedown you wouldn’t want to miss as chameleons Cam and Leon also joined in on the fun. To discover how The Party Project Manila transformed the venue into a wild adventure, saddle up and gallop through the stunning photographs taken by Little Coeo by Bella Morcen!

Red-and-white checkered buntings hanging from the ceiling lent a playful vibe to the saloon-like party place. The addition of cowboy hats as ceiling drops immediately gave the design an extra flair.

We’ve been lassoed over to this fun stage design! We love the muted brown palette and delightful details comprising the entire ensemble. Some of our favorites are the saloon doors, the loose wagon wheel, hay bales, looped ropes, and tiny tumbleweeds!

The table setting, which was a whimsical mash-up of wild west elements and figures, was given contrast by the red gingham runners.

Since it was a double celebration for two young cowboys, it was twice the fun with two cakes. One was from Sweet Creations by Mums, while the dedication cake came from the oven of Sugarplum Pastries. The two-tiered colorful confection from Sweet Creations by Mums was a mini-version of the stage design containing the same characters and details.

On the other hand, the dedication cake was done in a simpler but more elegant style. It has a minimalist aesthetic in white with gold trimmings and light blue blooms.

Besides the cake, another indication of the solemn dedication ceremony was a small backdrop with a white, gray, and light blue balloon garland.

After the heartwarming ceremony, the hoedown began! Hosts Max Tiu and Team Gen got the party started with their infectious energy and enthusiasm. Of course, Magnifico the Magician had everyone in awe with many of his tricks (up his sleeves? We will never know!).

If roughin’ it up wasn’t your cup of tea, a couple of game booths set up by JM Party Creators might just do the trick. Each stall has a carnival game with a cowboy twist — oh what fun!

It’s impossible to ignore this charming little nook that has been put up for Instagram-worthy photos! Along with Cam and Leon, who are wearing cowboy hats and scarves, there are other charming characters yelling “Yee-haw!”
