Simone’s Cupcake Shoppe-themed party – 1st Birthday

Life is indeed sweet, and this party is a solid proof of that! We are in for a delicious party feature today, courtesy of Simone’s cupcake shoppe-themed birthday celebration. Have you had your sweet fix for the day? Well, you will after checking out this charming fete. Styled by no less than Dianne Khu Designs, Simone’s cupcake shoppe is now open to serve unlimited fun and delight. Colored in bright coral and pink, plus a hint of blue here and there had set the cheerful mood. Add in some Sprinkles Cupcakkes elements for a twist, “let there be light” by using letter marquees, and dish out heaps of cupcake goodness — this party is baked to perfection.

Ready for a taste of this ambrosial affair? Little J Photography captured some party moments for us to relish.

One quote goes: If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. And boy, are we thankful for the imaginative genius who thought of a cupcake ATM as an entrance concept! This means that it’s only a matter of time before we see this in reality. But for now, we’ll have to settle for a make-believe cupcake dispenser.

The ceiling installment for Simone’s birthday bash was a burst of candy colors! Pink swags, Japanese lanterns and cupcake-inspired honeycomb balls festooned the venue gorgeously.

The stage was propped up as a cupcake shoppe complete with a bar on the side showcasing some goodies. Simone’s impressive name marquee highlighted the area, and more cupcakes were used for added visual statement. I love Simone’s shop logo.

Flowers and cupcake doodads were used to jazz up the tables. Sprinkles Cupcakes logo elements were also used for additional impact and colors. Simple decorations and yet effectively charming.

Sugarplum Pastries did what they do best: whipped up some confectionery masterpiece. Cupcakes on a cake; sounds too good to be true! This 3-layer cake featured some elements of Sprinkles Cupcakes circles around the base and on the top layer. Cupcakes in different sizes adorned the middle layer. The icing on the cake, so to speak, is an enormous piece of chocolate cupcake with strawberry frosting and a cherry on top.

The equally enticing desserts station offered guests a variety of decadents: cupcakes with ice cream toppers, cuppies, cake pops disguised as cupcakes, and sugar cookies with cute little cupcake quotes. Who knew that all these small pieces of heaven could fit in just one station…but it did!

After having their sweet fix, guests made a beeline for the food carts as well, which offered some out-of-the-box snacks. Cotton candy connoisseurs Fluffed boasts of unique flavors such as salted caramel, maple bacon, and choco mint chip. Spud Buds brought in their shoestrings, Spud Balls and Ultimate Potato Skins. There was Happy Lemon milk tea for some added refreshments and Ice Pops Manila and Auntie Anne’s.
