Maddie’s Andy Warhol Pop Art Themed Party – 1st Birthday

Today’s party is all about the whimsical play of vibrant colors – Andy Warhol style! With details inspired by this great pop art supremo, from the wonderful clash of colors to all the different quirky elements, let me be the one to first tell you that everything in Madison’s bash looks cute. With the creative team of Styled by Deiz making sure that her party is full of eye candy, I love how they touched a lot of Andy Warhol’s signature artworks. Leaving no detail to chance, they cleverly brought together lots of cool knickknacks that simply make sense when you look at the setup as a whole and against the party theme. So if you’re up for something different, a look far from the usual sweet and pretty party themes that is, then you should seriously check this out. Enjoy!

Seen in the entrance area are some of Andy Warhol’s most notable artworks namely The Banana pop art, Marilyn Monroe pop art and The Coca Cola art. Did you know that the black and yellow banana was featured on the cover of The Velvet Underground album and became one of the most recognizable pieces of pop artwork.

Colors, colors and more colors! Brightly colored polka dot balloons, paper cutouts and lanterns were used to bring life to the ceiling.

The stage setup in Madison’s party immediately gave off a playful and chic vibes to the party. With a blown up Madison pop art portrait and the multi-colored letter standees spelling her name, these fun accents liven up the venue in no time.

With Campbell’s Madison’s Soup can vases and real banana used as table centerpieces, those dotted table wares at the kiddie tables also added an extra dose of pop art fun.

For the candy buffet, the wide array of sweet treats available for their guests to enjoy not only gave them more choices but also gave the setup a fun and bold palette to look at. It doesn’t hurt that the setup gave us the perfect pop art-sy feel, too.
