Paris Theme Party Ideas
There is no better gift than the gift of baptism, laying the foundation of faith for every child in the family. On her first birthday, Bailey happily received the sacrament of Baptism in the arms of her mom and under the loving gaze of her dad.
What could be more très chic than a Parisian-inspired fête to celebrate Bailey’s first birthday and christening? With Party Doll Manila Events, the crème de la crème of party planners, Bailey’s flawless Parisian soiree was guaranteed. Throw in a bit of Party Magic’s artistic touch, the Gallery MiraNila became a dreamy avenue in Paris. Thanks to the memories captured in the photos by Delightful Little Darlings and videos by Lemon Three Films, Bailey will be able to look back to her first birthday and see what a great time she and her family had.
Could there be a Parisian-themed party without the iconic Eiffel Tower? At Bailey’s party, it took front and center with one tower standing tall at the entrance. Balloons in shades of gold and pastels revealed the event’s color scheme and served as a lovely welcome for Bailey’s guests.
Pink and yellow balloon clusters hanging from the ceiling resembled cotton candy clouds. Papier-mâché hot-air balloons seemed to float among the pastel-hued clouds, while colorful buntings lent a festive air.
Bailey’s main area had the most sophisticated backdrop with what appears to be the façade of the Palace in Versailles, referencing the period when the palace housed a menagerie of animals during the reign of Louis XIV. On one side of the stage was an amazing replica of a carnival wheel with a huge cluster of pink, yellow and gold balloons pushing its way through. The exterior of what appears to be a charming café with roses in a flower box can be seen on the opposite side.
The tables were draped with pink table cloth. A lovely bouquet of hydrangeas, roses, and eucalyptus was placed in a white wire mesh basket and perched atop a circular mirror to serve as the table’s centerpiece.
The candle blowing is the most important part of any birthday celebration. Guests happily sang Bailey a happy birthday as she blew the solitary candle on her three-tier cake covered in cream fondant. An Eiffel Tower sugar cookie was the perfect cake topper.
A taste of these sweets was enough to take Bailey’s guests to seventh heaven – adorable sugar cookies shapes like hot air balloons and the Eiffel Tower plus more dainty cake pops.
Posing with Bailey and her parents are these charming Disney princesses who sang their way to everyone’s hearts during a fun-filled and captivating show.
Guests struck a pose at the photo booth that is reminiscent of the street cafés in Paris. Buckets of pretty flowers and shopping boxes completed this awesome scene.
The name Bailey is often associated with cheerful, lively, and inspiring personalities. True to her name, our birthday celebrant can be seen wearing a huge smile on her face and it’s enough to melt anyone’s heart and inspire affection. Here’s to many happy celebrations in the years ahead, dear Bailey!
