Winter Wonderland Theme Party Ideas
Athalia’s Winter Wonderland birthday party is like something out of a magical film. It’s a great theme for parties and events in December, and maybe even in the summer just to beat the heat. Elements at Centris was beautifully styled by Carousel Events. Scroll down to see additional details shot by Bobby Delos Santos Photography.
The entrance is the perfect setting to greet visitors and shift their viewpoint from the “real world” to this incredible utopia. A snow tree, polar bears, and reindeers make up this all-white scene. Although this isn’t the “official” photo booth, we’d definitely want to take some selfies in that gazebo!
We love a nice red carpet walk, but Carousel Events went above and beyond to create an eye-catching winter walkway! The snow-sprayed branches in the aisle provide the guests with a cool but welcoming feeling. Take note of how the mobile lights played off the reflecting floor in a subtle way.
The ceiling’s elaborate features included Japanese lanterns, iridescent drapes, turtle doves, snowflakes, and branches.
The stage was designed to draw attention to the led wall, hence it was kept to a minimum. The setup maintains the same elements seen throughout the party.
Glass bell cloche with crystal snowflake handle completed their table setting. I love how the twinkling fairy lights and faux candles give off a “warm feeling” to their centerpiece.
Sweet Creations by Mums created yet another sugary masterpiece. This three-tier fondant cake in blue and white is such a sight to behold. A cute snowman in a snow globe topped the cake. What a cool idea, indeed! (*pun intended)
The dessert table is set in what appears to be a magnificent winter forest filled with ethereal beings.
These chocolate cupcakes were topped with a snowflake or a snowman and frosted with blue and white marshmallows icing. The cake pops were almost too adorable to eat!
Who wouldn’t want to take a photo in Athalia’s whimsical photo wall as a souvenir?
The entire ensemble exudes a sense of enchantment.
The cold weather has us all wrapped up in blankets and curled up in our beds with a hot beverage. I bet these pillows would make an ideal companion for those lovely evenings.
