Andres and Abigail’s Santa’s Workshop Themed Party – 1st Birthday

It’s the most wonderful time of the year especially for the adorable twins, Andres and Abigail. Born on Christmas Eve, a Christmas themed party is the perfect theme for their 1st birthday party, isn’t it? And to add some extra pizzazz, they put the magic back on the enchanting Santa’s workshop! Birthday party, good Ol’ Santa Clause and lots of toys rolled into one amazing party. I’m sure all the little kids were in dreamland once they step into the party venue. Andres and Abigail’s Santa’s workshop themed party gave everyone twice the fun and excitement!

About planning Andres and Abigail’s merry birthday bash by Kris of Design Avenue:

“The theme was chosen since the twins were born on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24. It wasn’t a difficult theme to execute since it is very timely for the holiday season. Colors of Christmas – green, red and white were used all throughout the place. Given that the theme was Santa’s Workshop, the mom wanted all the kids to have lots of toys when they go home.”

The guests were welcomed by Santa’s lovable elves.

I love how Kris of Design Avenue for Party Starters interpreted Santa’s workshop! The backdrop comes complete with faux toy machine, and lots and lots of different toys such as teddy bears, drum sets and balls. At the end of the party, Santa gave out all these toys to Andres and Abigail’s little guests!

Each table has a little Christmas tree and baking cups full of peppermint candy canes and assorted sweets for guests to enjoy. I don’t know about you, but I love anything with peppermints! I would definitely enjoy all these goodies.

One of the many activities at the party includes this “Stool Art” workshop where kids get to design their own kiddie stools.

I have a terrible terrible case of sweet tooth! Just show me a table full of yummy and gorgeous desserts, I’m in heaven! All these perfect looking cupcakes, sugar cookies, oreopops and cakepops were made by the lovely Joanna of Cuppy Puppy Bakeshop. Loads of sweets such as candies, gummies, chocolates in different size and height of apothecary jars were also included in their dessert spread.

There’s also the “Decorate you own cookie” station where the guest can make their very own personalized cookies!

Another highlight of the party was their photo op area. Designed to transport the guests to Santa’s warm and cozy chair near the fireplace, I couldn’t agree more with their choice of setup. To make it more magical for the guests, Santa also made a very special appearance! Greeting the guests and having their pictures taken with Santa himself made all the children giddy with delight.
