Make way, make way! Join us as we set sail on a magical adventure to celebrate Kahlia’s first year on Earth. With a theme as enchanting as the South Pacific itself, Kahlia’s Moana-themed birthday party was a sight to behold. The venue was transformed into an island paradise by the talented team at Kids Party Hub. Every detail was meticulously planned and executed, making this celebration a true masterpiece.

As guests arrived, they were greeted by a vibrant and colorful entrance setup that looked as if it had been lifted straight from Moana’s world. The doorway was adorned with pastel-colored balloons and palm leaves, creating a refreshing and inviting atmosphere. A baby Moana standee welcomed everyone with a friendly smile and a wave.
The ceiling at Kahlia’s birthday party was a whimsical sight. The soft pastel tones and playful designs enhanced the airy, delicate ambiance.
The main stage was a tropical paradise brought to life. Palm trees swayed gently in the breeze, a sandy beach stretched out below, and a vibrant backdrop adorned with colorful balloons and lush leaves set the scene. It felt as if the island of Motunui had been recreated right before their eyes.
The tables resembled miniature islands, each adorned with Moana-themed centerpieces. Cutouts of camakau, Moana, and Pua, along with vibrant flowers, transformed every table into a mini-adventure, inviting guests to explore the ocean.
Ready Sweet Go wonderfully captured the essence of Moana’s island adventure. With a sandy beach base, palm trees, tropical flowers, and figures of Moana, Pua, and Hei Hei perched on top, it felt as if a miniature Motunui had been created just for Kahlia.
The party was filled with laughter and delicious treats. Food carts offered a variety of snacks and drinks to keep everyone energized for the voyage ahead. As guests enjoyed their treats, the party came alive with a show featuring the beloved characters Te Fiti, Pua, and Hei Hei from Team Gen. The kids also had a blast playing fun games inspired by Moana’s world.
Kahlia not only organized exciting shows but also ensured there were plenty of engaging activities for everyone. From a giant inflatable ball pit to classic games like ring toss, shoot the ball, and inflatable tic-tac-toe, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
As the little voyagers embarked on their adventures, they were given personalized bag tags made on the spot to help them keep track of their belongings. Featuring their names in a playful font, these bag tags were not only functional but also served as a fun keepsake from this magical day.
The party wouldn’t have been complete without special favors for the guests to take home. As the kids prepared to set sail into the sunset, they each received adorable goodie bags featuring Moana’s smiling face. Filled with sweet treats and fun trinkets, these bags were a delightful reminder of the magical day they had spent celebrating with Kahlia.
