Gillian’s Christmas Candyland Themed Party – 1st Birthday

Christmas Candyland Theme Party

The holiday season is finally here, and it’s going to be a frenzy! While we may still miss the full-fledged festivities that we enjoyed and loved pre-pandemic, here’s something to get us in the mood for the holiday fun. Gillian’s party aims to revive the spirit of the old joyous Yuletide season in us. Donut worry, we’ll be sprinkling lots of gorgeous details for your eyes as well.

You may think it is impossible to fuse these two very different themes. However, With A Flourish did an outstanding job of bringing the Christmas spirit to Gillian’s Candyland party. Grab a donut or some sweet treats before scrolling down for more photos, because trust us, this party will give you the munchies.

At the entrance, guests were greeted by a striped mint green and red tree standee with a donut on top.

They easily injected a festive vibe into the venue with those colorful paper lanterns. Sprinkled-filled white Japanese lanterns that look like vanilla munchkins were also added into the design for a dash of cuteness.

From the red polka-dot banderitas to the white backdrop draped with Christmas lights, everything was perfect. I’m thrilled with delight over the enormous gifts under the Christmas trees and the unique donut wreaths. Try zooming in, you’ll see a fireplace, too!

Instead of Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer, guests will find charming soft-hued reindeers on their tables as they enjoy delicious food.

Gillian’s birthday cake is a donut lover’s dream come true. Every layer enticed me with its own design, which I absolutely adore. Photos of donuts, check! Choco drip effect, check! 2D donuts and sprinkles, check and check!

Their dessert table encourages everyone to eat more “hole-foods.” The spread was loaded up with donuts and sweets of all types. The Christmas-themed macarons, Christmas socks sugar cookies, and donut pops are my absolute favorites!

To encourage the youngsters’ creativity, there was a “Decorate Your Own Doughnut” section. Additionally, extra arts and crafts activities were also made available for children to enjoy, including clay and coloring materials.

As a keepsake, guests received cute donut plushies!

Gillian’s family is all smiles and going “glazy” posing for photos.
