This is so true, the coordinator name EMs is such a bitch, this same sad story happened to us just recently…
An wedding day turned into a not so happy day, the the wedding ceremony was delayed 2 hours, guests were not allowed to enter the reception area and have been standing for over an hour, this includes senior, pregnant women.
What a terrible experience…
To top it all, the coordinator herself is making excuses and is not amenable to what happened..
