Theme Park Party Ideas
Here at Party Doll Manila, it’s not unusual to come across spectacular kiddie celebrations. But once in a while, we see something so grand, so supercalifragilisticexpialidocious that it simply takes our breath away! Arnav celebrated his fifth birthday with something that rivaled theme parks in grandiose, but in a smaller scale! Sounds impossible? Well, the creative team of Designs by 4th Wall together with THE Gideon Hermosa made it come to life, no holds barred. So, relax and enjoy these breathtaking snaps in The World of Arnav from Nice Print Photography!
Outside the ballroom of Shangri-La The Fort, guests already had a glimpse of what to expect—unlimited fun, of course! Ceiling-to-floor comic strips detailing Arnav’s heroic adventures, Disney® and Marvel® characters parading, and a giant globe reminiscent of Universal Studios greeted everyone who came to celebrate. They even provided their own maps to make sure guests will enjoy everything prepared for them.
But first, each guest has to pass through the psychedelic LED tunnel sprawled with a warm, mind-blowing welcome to Arnav’s World.
Opulence is a recurring theme in the day’s celebration, and it’s best captured during young Arnav’s grand entrance parade. Donning a Francis Libiran-made prince ensemble, he looked every inch the royalty while seated on a life-sized elephant!
Once inside, get ready to be amazed! In true “Gideon Hermosa” fashion, the ceiling décor was a piece de resistance of cascading fairy lights and floating clouds, making for a dreamy vibe. Step back to appreciate and take in everything better.
There was also a touch of Gideon Hermosa on the dining setup, albeit toned down and pint-sized. An artful centerpiece accentuated some of the tables, lending a bit of elegance to the otherwise playful affair.
Cakes make everyone at PDM giddy with delight, and Arnav’s fete had more than just one. Did we mention that each of these colorful confections were monstrous in size? It looked like everyone had their cake and ate it, too!
Want to know another amazing thing? Arnav had another cake that rolled in a bat mobile so that he can blow the candle! We kid you not!
There’s also a Broadway-esque show from top entertainers that had Michael Jackson and beloved Disney and Marvel characters sharing the stage. And yes, guests were treated to a cool magic show by Kent Oliver, too!
Not only were the guests’ eyes full but their tummies, too! Aside from a sumptuous buffet spread of international cuisine, there were food carts galore, as well! Everyone got to choose from Krispy Kreme, The Lost Bread, Taters, Candy Corner, and a whole lot more!
And because it’s an all-out affair, there were tons of fun activities for everyone—kids and adults alike! Different areas of the hotel’s foyer and ballroom were transformed into various hubs of activity, such as Animal Land and Chocolate Room. There were TimeZone arcade machines, game booths, a rock climbing wall, mini salon, canvass painting lessons, and even a mechanical bull for the fearless!
As tokens of gratitude, guests get to bring home a loot bag stuffed with bluetooth speaker and a pair of Rayban® shades. Arnav and his family gave a box of truffles made by Naked Patisserie.
The best part of the Arnav’s celebration? Seeing everyone —including his lovely family and the young prince— enjoy and have a big smile on their faces at the end of the day.
