Warning: This baptism/birthday bash will bring you back to the prehistoric time where dinosaurs were free to walk on earth. With A Flourish made sure that they will not scare the guests away by stuffing the place with cute and cartoon-ish dinos. Vibrant colors of blue, green, orange and yellow were also used to make these creatures look cuddly and oh-so-lovable. The charming and adorable details of this dinosaur themed party will make your heart scream in delight.
Event stylist Sarah Abano were hands-on while planning this cute little adventurer’s 1st roarin’ party. Here’s what she got to say:
“Dinosaurs need not be scary. Inside a child’s mind they can be as cute, gentle, friendly and charming like their favorite pet. That’s exactly the kind of dinosaurs we re-created for Raphael’s baptism and first birthday. We did a lot of handiworks and used a lot of natural materials for this event such as coconut husks, tree stumps and hay gathered from a real farm in Sariaya, Quezon. We used these materials to make the set-up look real even if we’re using cartoonish characters.”
Truly, little boys love dinosaurs. Let’s take a closer look at this celebration and unravel the great dinosaur mystery.
The entrance will make you feel like you are about to embark on a journey full of fun and adventure. Hanging vines and cute dinosaur cutouts will welcome guests as they follow the trail entering the Raphael-saurus Zone.
The stage set-up is one of the things I love about this party. It is a great spot for photo ops, too. The space was decorated with leaves, trees and hays, not to mention the adorable dinosaurs.
And who would not adore these table centerpieces? Variations of baby dinos and miniature dinosaur figures are the main feature of the table setting. Adorned with leaves, jars, buckets and large plastic eggs, this set-up is shrieking with cuteness!
The Little Whisk made sure that the dessert spread is roaring with colors. These cupcakes and cookies are mouthwatering; you’ll want to go back for seconds before they’d go extinct.
The celebrant, Raphael-saurus, with his adventurous parents, gleaming with happiness as their little one takes on new milestones.
