For Lucas’ baptism celebration, guests were welcomed into a dreamy world of airplanes, hot air balloons, fluffy clouds, and charming travel-inspired details. From the airport-style entrance to the sky-filled setup, the aviation theme added a playful touch to the celebration as Lucas marked this special milestone with his family and loved ones.
Guests were welcomed with an airport-inspired entrance complete with destination signage, mini luggage, and other adorable travel touches, setting the tone right from arrival.
The ceiling was kept light and airy, with soft clouds, floating lanterns, and suspended travel-inspired elements overhead. These details added dimension to the space while keeping the overall look light and playful.
The map-inspired backdrop took center stage, paired with oversized luggage, balloon clouds, and playful travel props. Together, the details created a fun little travel scene that made the stage a natural focal point of the celebration.
Lucas’ cake featured a hand-painted world map, little teddy bears, soft clouds, and an airplane ready for takeoff. Matching cupcakes rounded out the dessert spread, carrying the aviation theme through to the last detail.
Tables were kept soft and neutral, dressed with fresh floral arrangements, personalized name labels, and airplane-themed napkin folds, subtle touches that tied the theme into every place setting.
The little guests spent the afternoon playing games led by Host Madz, filling the celebration with laughter and excitement.
Kids had their own space to enjoy, complete with an inflatable playground, a ball pit, and toys to keep them busy throughout the celebration.
Guests had plenty of treats to choose from, with food carts serving crispy fries, nachos, and colorful ice cream throughout the celebration. A fun addition for both the kids and adults to enjoy between activities.
