Aviation Theme Party Ideas
Do you want to go on a trip soon? Before cabin fever sets in, we’d like to share something to brighten your day. Today’s party inspiration takes us back to a time when traveling anywhere in the world was a breeze. Our little celebrant Lionel is a world traveler, having visited several countries before he turned one!
It’s not surprising that Mommy Tin and Events by Popping Parties went for a travel-themed celebration with a couple of woodland friends as companions. Let us tell you, it was such a charming affair! Check out the snaps from Oh Hello Studios to see what we’re talking about!
At the entrance of the Amistosa Clubhouse, an arch that said “Lionel’s Airlines” welcomed guests into the party venue.
Of course, it’s only fitting that the ceiling was playfully decorated like a busy sky, with blue-and-white-colored planes taking flight. Completing the whimsical décor were Japanese lanterns in sky blue, mint, sunshine yellow, and orange.
A large world map was set up as a backdrop on the stage. It’s exciting to think about all the places Lionel will visit when he grows up! Look how prepared he is, with all his bags packed.
The centerpiece appeared to be a scene straight out of the sky, complete with a flying airplane and floating hot-air balloon.
Lionel’s birthday cake was a fantastic, three-tiered confection from Sweet Creations by Mums. We’re totally in love with the little details and vibrant colors! And the topper? It got us on cloud nine!
The dessert buffet table was such a visual feast! Check out those cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, and other tasty treats.
There’s also a lovely photowall nook, which we’re sure was popular for taking Instagram-worthy selfies! Cute woodland animals and colorful elements added a whimsical touch to the setup. I’m not going to lie: it’s adorable!
As tokens of gratitude, guests brought home pillows from Zoe Design and Paperie. It’s the perfect “baon” for your travels to catch some zzz’s during the trip!
It looks like Lionel is all ready to go and travel once the green light is on. Safe travels, young one!
