Camping Party Ideas

Clyde’s nature-inspired celebration was pure charm, blending the spirit of the outdoors with childhood wonder. The talented Dianne Khu Designs transformed The Lakehall into a cozy, whimsical campsite, setting the perfect stage for fun and lasting memories. Let’s take a stroll through the woodlands with these lovely snaps from Everyday Sunday Studios.
Guests stepped into a fairytale forest at the entrance, greeted by lush greenery, cheerful woodland creatures, and pops of orange and yellow. The “Camp Clyde” arch set a warm, inviting tone for the day’s adventure.

Just beyond the entrance, the ultimate photo nook awaited. Nestled among rocks, trees, and a babbling brook, oversized forest critters created a picture-perfect backdrop, complete with a towering mountain that couldn’t be missed.

The stage was an absolute showstopper. With foliage, cozy teepees, and life-sized forest friends, it became the perfect focal point for birthday boy Clyde’s big moments. Every photo taken was Instagram-worthy!

Guest tables were playful yet elegant, styled with mini trees, forest critters, and grassy centerpieces. Rustic wooden chairs and sage-colored linens completed the woodland picnic vibe, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the celebration.

The cake, crafted by Little Miss OC’s Kitchen, was a three-tiered woodland masterpiece. Fondant critters nestled among trees and mushrooms made it look straight out of a storybook—truly stunning!

Nearby, the Camping Outpost offered treats like sugar cookies and cupcakes, almost too pretty to eat—sweet edible art for everyone to enjoy.

Fun and entertainment abounded! Host Erney Arcilla kept everyone engaged, while One Groove and Tectonix – The Dancing Balloon Show wowed the crowd. Games, prizes, and a Pylo Plays inflatable playground kept the little campers active and smiling.

The Party Project’s activity nook featured a cookie decorating station, and The Flashbox photobooth captured wacky keepsake photo strips for guests to take home.

Hungry campers found plenty to forage, from French fries and ice cream to crepes, taho, popcorn, and coffee—a perfect mix of sweet and savory.

Every guest went home full and happy, with thoughtfully curated woodland-inspired giveaways as a token of gratitude.

At the heart of it all was a family full of love and pride. Seeing them hand-in-hand with Clyde was a beautiful reminder that the best celebrations are filled with joy, togetherness, and just a touch of woodland magic.
