When it comes to Disney Princess-themed parties, think royal balls, pastel colors, and beautiful florals with matching candelabras. But as we all know, our lovely Disney Princesses are more than that. Bringing another Disney Princess to life, I’m super excited that event stylist Kaye Garcia is the creative brain behind this lovely soiree. If you follow all her works, you’ll notice that she loves to think out of the box. For sure you’ll see details that are expected from her parties but in each of her party, she’ll never fail to add an unexpected twist. Her eye for tiny details plus her uncanny ability to play with different elements and colors, the flawlessness of her work instantly make her one of the most sought after event stylist of today.
“Today’s special moments are tomorrow’s memories.” – Genie from Aladdin
For today’s party feature, I’m super happy to see this free-spirited, adventurous, kind and undeniably strong-willed princess make appearance here in PDM, Princess Jasmine. Shying away from the usual feminine, romantic and sweet royal balls associated with our lovely Disney Princesses, Genie’s party will show us a different side but nonetheless elegant and gorgeous Arabian-inspired bash. From their choice of colors, super-duper cute desserts and pretty little details, everything about Genie’s party screams royalty but not in a girly-girly way!
What a fantastic way to set the tone of the party, check out the entrance installation to the palace Genie’s party.
When it comes to Arabian-inspired party, one thing is certain, don’t be afraid of color. Mixing together Mediterranean neutral tones to Princess Jasmine’s signature teal color, yes, I’m talking about deep teals, purples, hot pink and gold for a touch of luxury. Umbrellas and swags were used to prettify their ceiling.
The palace serves as a major setting in this film. For their stage setup, we can see the Sultan’s Palace being the focal point of the setup. If you look closely at the photo, you can see how adorable their kiddie table setup looks. From the tables made of crates to floor cushions, pretty cool, huh!
For their table centerpiece, of course, Princess Jasmine should take the center stage. To inject warmth and vibrancy to the set, they used these pretty florals and white lamp lanterns to complete the look.
A Kaye Garcia-styled party will never be complete without a gorgeously styled dessert spread filled with too cute to eat sweet treats!
Genie’s 1st birthday cake looks awesome! It doesn’t get cuter than a stacked pillow cake with a golden genie lamp cake topper.
Be still, my heart! When I say too cute to eat desserts, I really meant every word of it. Cuppy Puppy Bakehouse really did an amazing job here. From the magic carpet rice krispies, golden genie lamp cake pops and Oreo pops, intricately designed Princess Jasmine sugar cookies and of course, those heart stopping, jaw dropping Sultan Castle and Princess Jasmine cupcake toppers. This is Aladdin-themed desserts perfection!
Lastly, these Aladdin and Princess Jasmine-inspired bags served as the perfect party giveaways. I love it!
