For Basti’s 8th birthday, we brought the excitement of match day to life with a fun and vibrant soccer-themed celebration. Dressed in bold blue and yellow hues, the venue featured oversized soccer props, custom character standees, and a championship-inspired cake that instantly set the scene. From the grand stadium-style entrance to the playful details throughout the venue, every element was thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience for the birthday boy and his guests.
Inspired by a soccer stadium, the entrance welcomed guests with vibrant balloon clusters, oversized soccer props, and a custom Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7) standee. The bold match-day décor created an exciting photo opportunity, building anticipation as guests stepped into Basti’s soccer-themed celebration.
The ceiling featured a striking installation of blue and yellow balloons, soccer ball accents, and checkered pennant banners. Stretching across the venue, the display added depth, color, and a lively match-day atmosphere.
At the center of the venue stood a dynamic stage featuring graphic backdrops, bold signage, and oversized soccer décor. A championship-inspired cake completed the display, celebrating Basti’s love for the game.
Balancing the vibrant décor, the dining tables featured crisp white linens, neatly folded napkins, and bright blue floral centerpieces. Character standees added a playful touch while tying each table into the soccer theme.
Inspired by the excitement of championship soccer, Basti’s custom cake featured a World Cup-inspired trophy topper, a soccer ball, goal net details, and a custom topper of the birthday boy dressed in his soccer kit. Personalized elements completed the design, making it a standout feature of the celebration.
The dessert station featured an assortment of themed treats, including cupcakes and bite-sized sweets decorated in Basti’s signature blue and yellow palette. Styled with soccer accents and elevated display pieces, it offered guests a fun selection of sweets to enjoy between activities.
The celebration was filled with exciting activities that kept guests entertained throughout the day. Host Madz led interactive games and lively program segments, while One Groove energized the crowd with a special mini concert performance. Young football fans also enjoyed an engaging soccer training session by Clowning Around, giving everyone the chance to practice their skills and join in the fun.
Guests enjoyed a selection of crowd favorites from Food Parade, including nachos, hotdogs, and sliders, along with sweet treats from Candy Corner and Potato Corner. These interactive food stations kept everyone fueled while adding to the festive match-day atmosphere.
To make the celebration even more memorable, guests received personalized bag tags created on-site. Designed to match the soccer theme, these custom keepsakes added an interactive element and gave everyone a meaningful souvenir to take home.
Curated by Cheerful Creatives PH, the giveaway set featured custom duffle bags, mini trophies, and soccer balls. Thoughtfully selected to complement the theme, these fun and practical giveaways allowed guests to bring home a piece of Basti’s match-day celebration.
