Elize’s Garden Tea Party Themed Party – 1st Birthday

Who wouldn’t want to spend a carefree afternoon in the garden having a picnic, or better yet, a tea party? The feel of summer, the sunshine, all those pretty little flowers blooming and the relaxed feeling of the outside all channeled in this garden tea party theme. Our friends from Sugar and Sunbeams definitely makes you want to kick off your shoes and run around to enjoy that happy-go-lucky sweetness of childhood! Hold on to your teacups and sconces and gather around the teapot to have your fill of wonder and whimsy. Lai De Guzman Photography captured all these fancy details from Baby Elize’s 1st birthday celebration.

Up front, huge paper flowers and a trellis of hanging wisterias gave a patio-like feel. A dainty white picket fence and bench complete with a vintage bike and a basket full of plumerias are perfect additions to the garden, further inspiring that laid back feel. Elize’s bright fairy-lit marquee finishes off the look.

And did I tell you about the cake yet? It’s ruffled and flowery, sweet and decadent in itself! The details are to die for and Elize’s name is even decorated using sugar petals and sweet confections!

Dessert Table

More yummyness parade the dessert spread– Crème Brulee in egg cups, colorful Macaron de Paris, petit samba cakes, chocolate ganache tartlets and truffles. Intricate lace parasols and bouquets of plumeria dot the quaint trellis ensemble.
