Eli’s Royal London Themed Party – 1st Birthday

“London… is always a good idea”, they say. But Royal London… is even better! Much more making it a theme for a birthday party! We love every detail about this royal bash. The venue was dressed up in all colors of the British flag. And My Choice Party Shop’s massive style ideas are showcased everywhere you lay your eyes on.

Eli’s 1st birthday celebration is a majestic display of all things royal blue, red, white and gold. And elements that remind us of lovely London are perfectly exhibited. This party was never short of undeniable royalty and cuteness combined! We can’t help not speaking in British accent!! “London Calling!” Good thing Hernan Venegas was there to capture the grandeur of this event!

So, let’s Keep Calm… Hail the Queen… Be amazed… Let’s begin!

The royal invitation by Le Sorelle Crafts looks lovely with its intricate embossed design. It goes along with the theme perfectly. You’ll definitely feel like you are being invited to a royal ball.

Guests are greeted by a Royal London officer and a sign fit for a royal prince. Some of our favorite London icons are also displayed to prep them up on what’s in-store for them inside Eli’s party.

We are gobsmacked by the gorgeous overhead decor. Royal blue and red drapes were accentuated with red paper lanterns. And those red umbrellas make this look oh so brilliant!

What a stage to adore! It has all the elements that we love about London: the red telephone booth, the London bus, Big Ben, the London Eye… Looking at how detailed this stage is feels like standing outside the Buckingham Palace. You will find yourself standing in-front of this grandiose facade and staring at it longer than you thought.

Tables are adorned with Eli’s photos, his initial, and a few of London’s symbol. This charming centerpiece set-up is something worth looking at while enjoying the scrumptious feast.

This lovely blue and red three-tier cake looks so regal with its gold trimmings. The details look stunning which makes it a perfect centerpiece of the dessert table. The Cake Room aced it when they added that adorable Royal London officer on top of this delectable treat.

We fancy how The Cake Room crafted this heavenly exquisite dessert spread. Each confection is intricately designed to entice and satisfy your sweet tooth. This dessert table is such a thrill to look at, even more exciting than a ride in the London Eye!

What is more breathtaking than the London attractions — is a heart-stopping show. Kids and adults alike were amazed by Big Jay Ciocon’s brilliant act.

Here’s Eli with his lovely mom and big brother Vito. The celebrant and his brother’s costumes were inspired by their dad’s occupation. Here’s what their mom had to say:
“I chose this theme because I wanted something different and at the same time, play dress up with my boys. The details that I used for Eli and Vito’s (Eli’s older brother) uniforms (pins, medals, nameplates, eaglets) are all authentic military paraphernalia’s, being that their dad is a LT CMDR for the Naval Air Group. Since their dad couldn’t be present for the occasion because he is currently studying abroad, I think that their costumes are a great tribute to him – Eli the Royal London officer and Vito as a Navy officer.

To make the party a little bit fun, I enlisted the help of the parents of Eli’s friends, to have their son or daughter come in their best ‘British’ attire, which meant suspenders, polo, bow tie, newsboy cap and pants for the boys, and smocked or any party dress with stockings for the girls. Everyone looked lovely!”
